Zwei Teams in zwei Städten mit sechs Stunden Zeitverschiebung gestalten ein Live-Set: “trans-atlantic feedback” – New York hört Leipzig, Leipzig hört New York, Cielo Club hört ASPN, ASPN hört Cielo Club.

The gallery hours of ASPN in Leipzig, Germany, was shifted to Eastern Standard Time.
There was a parallel event between Cielo, a night club in New York City and ASPN gallery. Over the course of 6 hours an audio stream was established between the two locations.

In NYC, the performers listed above used microphones placed inside Cielo - a night club, which was usually closed at this hour - and produced a mix of room sounds and processed sounds, which was streamed to Leipzig. The narrative was centered around an empty, unused night club.

The performers in Leipzig (listed above) simultaneously mixed and processed their microphones, which were installed inside ASPN. The mix from Leipzig was sent back to NYC and was played through Cielo's sound system. Feedback occurred because the microphones in each location, had also partly picked up the sounds from the other location played through the speakers.

All performers played in rotation over the course of 6 hours and an audience witnessed the trans-atlantic dialogue at both locations, during that time period.
